DRIVE FOR WATER
On Monday, August 22nd, 144 golfers teed off to raise funds for No Thirsty Child  an organization that pilots clean water programs aimed at promoting clean, safe, accessible water solutions in developing nations, allowing children better access to education, better health and quality of life. Ralphs, Albertsons, Costco, Stater Brothers, Mission Liquor, Hi-Times, The Verant Group, Southern Wine & Spirits and Youngs Market were all on the fairway. Sweet Deals Sponsorship Department, renowned for providing clients with opportunities to showcase their products in apropos forums, landed yet another sweet deal for their friends  the typical hole sponsorship pricetag of $2500 was waived in lieu of product donation, and on-site spokes models served their items on the course as well as at the cocktail reception and dinner. Sweet hostesses mixed cocktails, assisted with games, sold raffle tickets and more. Wed call this a hole in one!
